A Two-day Workshop on Knowledge transfer was held on April 30^th and May 1^st 2007 in University of Ottawa Health Sciences Centre. It was sponsored by two CIHR funded programs and STIRRHS in partnership with the Knowledge Translation-Improved Clinical Effectiveness through Behavioural Research Group (KT-ICEBERG).
